Our 1st guide was not the best apparently our original guide couldn't do this tour. Our next 2 were excellent . this was rated as a level 1. the long bus trips probably level 2. there was a very long bus ride several hours with our 1st comfort stop 4hrs into the trip, a bit too long for us oldies! I think the tour could be a day or so longer as it was rushed at times.
the tour was great overall and I enjoyed it .

Saudi Arabia is a vast destination, and travel between some of the key highlights can involve longer drives, but feedback like yours helps us continue refining the pacing and overall comfort of the itinerary.

The whole booking from start to finish was a breeze with Zoe. She was very patient with me struggling with emails and attachments. I must be getting old!! Anyway she was very informative with any questions I had and it seems she would be a delightful person if I met her in person. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel totally comfortable with my upcoming tour thanks to her.

Tour size 26 too large a group for me
Age range 24years to 85 years too wide for fitness ability ie walking and climbing Average walking pace too fast for me
Food was excellent however both dinner and lunch Japanese cuisine was too much
Accommodation excellent
Tour Leader no complaints

Great itinerary, great service from Wendy Wu staff in Australia and a wonderful guide in Japan (Mariko Hirata).

The tour was full-on but delivered on everything I was thinking of. Accommodation was great, destinations and activities were excellent. The daily organisation also managed to avoid heavy tourist numbers at a number of sites and that was much appreciated.

Happy to travel again to Japan and with Wendy Wu, am already planning the next trip.

Loved Japan.
Food served left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was always good but lunch and dinner not tasty, bland and repetitive day after day the same. We never knew what we were eating either.
