Our Tour: Good
Excellent guide. A little ambitious time-wise, days could have been 1 hour shorter before dinner as all days had early starts. Would have preferred to spend more time in Hanoi and skip Hei. Commentary so good, big build up to Ha Long Bay which was an anticlimax, possibly because I live in Sydney with its beautiful harbour and foreshores. Enjoyed all the food and the people on the tour.
Thank you

Well organised tour with a knowledgeable guide. No worries about anything as all meals catered for and accommodation very good.

An excellent tour that covered a lot of ground in such a short timescale. Very well organised too.

Our guide Qui was brilliant as well as professional and very funny, which brightened up the journey. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went the extra mile.

Hotels were nice and comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed trying the food and different flavours.

I can definitely recommend the tour.

All great, including tour guides. Only problem was a very poor boat on Halong Bay. We had water on the floor of our toilet - lots! General quality of boat was terrible.

Our Tour: Good
Loved the Sapa experience, but underwhelmed by a half day of waterfalls, which were hardly flowing. Waterfalls exist in every country, but walking through rice fields and villages is a wonderful experience. The waterfall day should have an alternative of another village experience.

Our Response

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are so pleased to hear that you loved your Sapa experience and enjoyed exploring the rice fields and local villages.
We also appreciate your constructive comments regarding the waterfall excursion. Feedback such as yours is incredibly valuable as we continue to review and enhance our itineraries.
Thank you again for travelling with Wendy Wu Tours.
Warm regards,
