I was, however, genuinely sorry to learn that a couple of the restaurants you visited fell short of our usual standards. Cafeteria-style dining with greasy, tasteless food and insufficient protein is simply not what we intend to offer, and I entirely understand your disappointment. Please be assured that I will raise the matter with our local ground team for urgent review. We regularly audit our restaurant partners, and your feedback will help us to ensure that such establishments are either improved or replaced.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention – constructive criticism of this nature is invaluable in helping us maintain and refine our quality control.
