I went to a travel show and had booked an appointment with Jade who was excellent.
I was able to ask her questions and she could answer them or find out the answer if necessary. The itinerary was promptly sent out for a solo group tour and I then had time to read it before booking the trip the following day. Obviously I haven’t been on the holiday yet but very positive so far.

I tried to book online but the English Heritage discount code would not work, so I had to phone instead. The booking process was quick and they had all my information that I had entered onto the website. The agent was polite and efficient.

Kumiko's guiding was second to none, her sunny disposition and attention to all details always made for the smoothest arrangements as we traveled.

I'm basing this review on the booking process. I found responses to queries, and I had quite a few, were dealt with promptly and clearly. There seemed to be no problem with asking a lot of questions. The person we dealt with was Joe and he was pleasant and polite. We're looking forward to the actual holiday in March next year.
