Our Tour: Excellent
We had a wonderful time and even saw Mount Fuji clearly on 2 days, amazing.
Our guide Happy was great and really went the extra mile so we didn't miss anything. Hotels and restaurants were very good. The whole trip was great, including the bullet trains ,Temples to Hiroshima., but I still can't make a paper crane ,sadly. Our 1 problem with a airport taxi was sorted out quickly.

A very thorough experience through the Japanese culture, history and countryside in comfort by bus transportation and the Bullet Train. Our guide was extremely informative and very friendly.

From initial contact to booking we were both very impressed with the way our questions and concerns were dealt with. All information was clearly passed on to us and we never felt under pressure to sign up before we were ready. Friendly and helpful representative, not kept waiting on the phone.
