Well organised with an excellent guide who managed our group very well and imparted detailed local knowledge and history at each location visited.
Hotel accommodation was of a good standard and there was a good variety and range of Japanese food presented. The only disappointment was no teppanyaki was offered which we had anticipated.

We had a lovely time at the Wendy Wu Road Show. The meet and greet with a welcome drink was a lovely start to the event, and the slideshow and host were both very informative and interesting.
Cheryl was extremely professional, friendly and helpful when taking our booking, making the whole process very easy.
A very enjoyable and informative event — thank you to everyone involved!

Very helpful chap named Andy who found me a great deal on Air China Business Class for my first tour to Japan. Also got the half price single supplement. Here's hoping to have a wonderful tour as let's face it, it is expensive!

I went to a travel show and had booked an appointment with Jade who was excellent.
I was able to ask her questions and she could answer them or find out the answer if necessary. The itinerary was promptly sent out for a solo group tour and I then had time to read it before booking the trip the following day. Obviously I haven’t been on the holiday yet but very positive so far.
