Always very helpful good customer service

The trip was amazing and our guide Vish made it so much better he was absolutely incredible. He made sure every single guest in the trip felt like he was just guiding them. His knowledge and passion for his country and every sight we visited was so apparent. He really made the trip for me and I can’t imagine any other guide being so attentive. Thanks Vish!

Fabulous trip, which takes you to all the main sites. Hemo, our guide, was knowledgeable and very friendly, making sure we didn't get lost in very busy places. It was good to have him with us throughout to deal with minor issues in hotels etc. As India is so large, you need to be ready for a lot of travel but the variety made it all an adventure.

This was a fantastic trip from the moment we stepped off the plane. Kumar, our national guide, was 100% committed to ensuring that every moment of our adventure brought knowledge and depth of understanding of his country and culture and provided us with so many new experiences. He never seemed to be off duty and frequently checked back with us that the tour was going ok. He steered us through the chaos of Indian stations and was very reassuring and comprehensive in ensuring that we knew the detail for daily plans Although, at times there was a lot of travelling, this only enhanced our discoveries. Some have previously complained that the road journeys are boring and uncomfortable. Certainly the highways can be a bit monotonous and bumpy, but this does provide an opportunity to catch one's breath and reflect on our adventure. Once off the highways the journeys provided an opportunity to have a glimpse of the daily way of life in the countryside, away from the cities. The local guides were also excellent providing so much information, often with a sense of humour. We returned home wanting to explore India further and on the basis of this tour we will definitely be using Wendy Wu! My only criticism is that there is too much food provided which often seemed wasteful when there is so much poverty evident in this country

Have booked my 1st holiday with Wendy Wu Tours. Very impressed so far - Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He understood my needs and worked hard to achieve this. I've booked to go to India with them in October so I hope the whole experience is as good as their sales team.

Our guide, Kulmar, was excellent and most considerate of our needs and abilities. His attention to detail was impeccable.
The accommodation was first rate, and most comfortable.
The itinerary was engaging and interesting with time for see and experience all.

Wonderful, friendly service from the team at the roadshow at Tunbridge Wells on 20th Jan 2026. A very informative presentation to highlight a few of the places available with Wendy Wu. Space created to enable questions to be asked and the team were available to discuss any travel plans and to book a tour after the presentation.
Beau was very helpful in answering my questions and it was great to finally meet her having had numerous conversations regarding previous tours.
The Destinations Show is great to visit, but for me, the smaller setting of the roadshow was a much nicer experience.
