The itinerary was well planned and gave us a perfect balance of iconic sights and lesser-known highlights. Each day offered something new. We visited amazing places throughout the trip and the combination of culture, history, scenery and local experiences made it truly unforgettable.

A special mention goes to our guide, Jason, who was outstanding, knowledgeable, organised and warm. He made sure the whole group was well taken care of. The local guides also brought every location to life with their knowledge.

Overall, it was a wonderful trip and one we'd happily recommend to anyone thinking of visiting China.

Very helpful - answered my questions and responded to the alterations we needed to make.
We missed out on the Black Friday offer of upgrade to Business Class flight as per Wendy Wu advertising, but that was not customer service person's fault. The web advertisement said it was available up to 12 December (and still does on their website).

Matt was very polite and helpful. He explained everything very clearly. I asked him lots of questions and he was more than happy to answer all my questions. I felt very reassured and well informed.
