A very intensive trip that was packed with varied activities. It was mostly active and full on put there were plenty of points to relax and take things in your own time. The guides were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The range of hotels were all of a good standard.
I cannot believe how much was included in this trip, Wendy Wu made sure to book so many things to do that went over and above my expectations

A great opportunity to see Vietnam from top to bottom, as well as the Angkor Wat area of Siem Reap, Cambodia. Well organised and guided. Hectic schedule at times. Really enjoyed the out and about aspects, ie mountain walks with home stay lunches, locals fishing at Hoi An, traditional crafts on the Mekong Delta and the village on stilts in the lake near Siem Reap, 3 local bike rides with a chance to see different aspects of the local countryside, plus the scooter ride one evening in Saigon. Guides knowledgeable and good at problem solving.

This was a Go Beyond small group tour of 14 people.
Our local guide Lap was a mind of knowledge about his country. He kept us well organised and on time. He helped foster a fun atmosphere in the group.
Tour tour was well put together seeing the best of Vietnam & Cambodia.
I enjoyed hiking in the rice terraces in Northern Vietnam. Cycling around the rice fields in Hoi An. So much to see and do. I liked the hustle and bustle of Hanoi & Saigon. This trip combined being in nature and also the city. We had plenty of opportunity to meet local people.
Highly recommended.

Accurate information and concise description of the tour and other options. Discounts not as generous as G Adventures but previous experience of touring with Wendy Wu in Japan swayed us.

Excellent - consultant (Lucy) has been pleasant, knowledgeable and communication has been prompt and helpful.

Was a well thought out tour.
Vietnam program was good with the accommodation in most cases being on par.
Tour guide was excellent.
The only problem was that there were people on the tour that were not up to a level three tour.
The bicycles were very primitive and brakes were faulty.
Cambodia was great with the guide doing a great job at imparting his knowledge about them.

What a fantastic trip. Every day brought new experiences in two fabulous countries. From boat trips in Ha Long bay and the Mekong Delta, cycling around paddy fields, hiking in the mountains and a Vespa ride around Ho Chi Minh City to wandering around Angkor Wat, BRILLIANT. Our guides in both countries were very knowledgeable, kind and helped the whole group in anyway they could.

The most incredible experience with Wendy Wu tours around Cambodia. I would recommend this tour 100%. The service and tour guide were first class.

Wonderful holiday. Got to see a lot of the country and how the people work and live. Great fresh food and lovely hotels. Also saw the sad side which is a reminder of their history.

‘Around Cambodia’ This was an excellent tour giving insight to Cambodia’s past and present. The itinerary was very well organised, involving visits to temples and sites of interest, plus visiting and learning the processes of producing pepper, pottery and rice paper, to name a few. With a sunset cruise, cocktails at sky bars, cycle and tuk tuk rides all organised for us, we were a very fortunate group of tourists.
The hotels were all extremely comfortable with very good facilities and friendly staff. The restaurants for lunches and dinners were very well chosen, I do not think we could have found such wonderful places ourselves.
Our kind and thoughtful guide Vuttha Dam, aka Ta and driver Kea helped to make this a most memorable holiday.

Our first trip with Wendy Wu and we were not disappointed. Cambodia is a beautiful country with plenty to offer. Our tour of the country started in Siem Reap and finished in Phonm Penh taking in the many ancient sights, exploring the countryside and cusine along the way.
The tour was brilliantly organised and we were lucky to have a fantastic guide and driver who made sure everyone got the most from the trip.
