This was a fantastic trip from the moment we stepped off the plane. Kumar, our national guide, was 100% committed to ensuring that every moment of our adventure brought knowledge and depth of understanding of his country and culture and provided us with so many new experiences. He never seemed to be off duty and frequently checked back with us that the tour was going ok. He steered us through the chaos of Indian stations and was very reassuring and comprehensive in ensuring that we knew the detail for daily plans Although, at times there was a lot of travelling, this only enhanced our discoveries. Some have previously complained that the road journeys are boring and uncomfortable. Certainly the highways can be a bit monotonous and bumpy, but this does provide an opportunity to catch one's breath and reflect on our adventure. Once off the highways the journeys provided an opportunity to have a glimpse of the daily way of life in the countryside, away from the cities. The local guides were also excellent providing so much information, often with a sense of humour. We returned home wanting to explore India further and on the basis of this tour we will definitely be using Wendy Wu! My only criticism is that there is too much food provided which often seemed wasteful when there is so much poverty evident in this country

Have booked my 1st holiday with Wendy Wu Tours. Very impressed so far - Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He understood my needs and worked hard to achieve this. I've booked to go to India with them in October so I hope the whole experience is as good as their sales team.

Very well organised
Our guide, Kulmar, was excellent and most considerate of our needs and abilities. His attention to detail was impeccable.
The accommodation was first rate, and most comfortable.
The itinerary was engaging and interesting with time for see and experience all.

Really enjoyed it. Hemal, the guide, was very good, really knowledgeable and helpful. The itinerary covered everything although we weren’t lucky enough to see any tigers. Would definitely recommend this tour in particular and Wendy Wu in general

This was a full on tour quite tiring but worth it , I was in a great group very friendly as I was on my own .
All the accommodation was excellent the coach driver and assistant were very helpful then there was our tour guide Ajay very knowledgeable and always available to sort out any problems the tour programme was well planned, there was quite long periods of time on the coach which was good to see country side or catch up on some sleep, the food was good and plentiful even though I don't eat curry or spicy food always found something to eat
Think that's it hope I didn't miss anything out.

Vishal was wonderful and had an answer for every question.
He looked after all of us above and beyond expectations.
Our group of 17 was just the right amount.
Hotels and food were great.

This will be our third tour, and their knowledge and kindness are outstanding with their guests. They have excellent food and accommodation arranged and always willing to help and support requests on the tours.

The tour is excellent and gives you a thorough Indian experience. Hotels are good though the final one could do with being upgraded. Food is plentiful though does get a tad boring with being the same buffet all along the tour. The locations visited are excellent but could do with more free time especially at the Agra Fort and one too many trades visited - no need for the jewellery trip. Lots of time spent in the coach though this was offset by being comfortable and the driver being brilliant. We lost a bag on arrival at the airport and were very, very disappointed with the total lack of assistance from the tour company in getting it recovered from the airline and if it hadn't been for our children back in the UK chasing it up for us I don't think that we would ever have got it back. Therefore, tour was excellent but customer service on the ground was very poor.

To date the service has been excellent and though we've only just completed the booking stage we're hopeful that the rest of the experience lives up to the current satisfaction level.

Never booked with Wendy Wu before. The operatives were really helpful and it was an easy process. I mainly dealt with Julia who was great.

Well I only did booking on line which was easy except it wouldn't take my card so had to use another one that's Barclays for you . I received confirmation straight away and I was very pleased with the service I received.
I used these because someone recommended them to me and I hope they live up to there repretation .

This tour was a fantastic insight into India. A really enjoyable experience despite the extreme heat and long distances travelled. The hotels were all of a goid standard and our guide was very attentive to the difering needs of our group. There were many highlights but the absolutely best experience was observing 5 tigers in their natural habitat - absolutely priceless!

Very enjoyable tour, lots of interesting sights to see ; Taj Mahal, Amber fort, The Tigers at Rathambore national park.
Hotels of a good standard.
Be prepared to see lots of poverty and to be approached by hawkers & beggars.

Only downside was being ripped off by the Park Hotel re the cost of alcoholic drinks.
