• Bambu Club Cards must be activated prior to use online.
• Wendy Wu tours reserves the rights to decline Bambu Points and redemption of points. Wendy Wu Tours also reserves the right to increase or decrease Bambu points totals at their discretion.
• Bambu points will be approved by Wendy Wu Tours on a regular basis. We cannot guarantee a date or day when points will be approved and added to accounts, or when points will be redeemed for cash/GiftPay vouchers.
• It is the agent’s responsibility to log their activity on www.wendywutours.com.au/agents/. It is also the responsibility of the agent to monitor their account and log any spending that they wish to make. Agents can log and spend Bambu points at anytime.
• Wendy Wu Tours reserves the right to change or withdraw this incentive scheme at any time and their decision is final.
• Agents may be required to take part in publicity unless they otherwise notify the Wendy Wu Tours Sales team, prior to claiming and spending Bambu points.
• Booking incentives terms and conditions will apply and will be listed separately to the main terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be found on the incentives page, under each specific incentive.
• Any head office or agency implications will be the responsibility of the agent to declare.
• Any FBT, on money/GiftPay credited will be the responsibility of the agent to declare.

• Bambu Club excludes any Special Group Bookings, no points will be approved for these booking types
• You must earn a minimum of 250 Bambu points in any one spending transaction.
• You may collect and spend your Bambu points as an individual, Bambu points cannot be moved between accounts.
• You may not be eligible for a Wendy Wu educational if you have been on one previously.
• 20% agent discount is non-commissionable. To be eligible for the discount, the agent must have accrued at least 500 Bambu points over the one year period prior to booking. Otherwise only a 15% discount will apply to your booking.
• Team dinner will be arranged by the local Business Development Manager at their earliest convenience. Your Business Development Manager will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for both parties for a team dinner. Team dinner will include only team members of the participating shop.
• Bambu cards are an e-card sent to you via email with your account/card number on there. This is where any Bambu points you earn will be credit to, which you can then redeem for Gift Pay vouchers.
• Keep an independent record of your Bambu Club Card number. This may be stored on your Bambu Club Account.
• The maximum amount you can spend using the Bambu Club Card/GiftPay voucher is the amount of the balance on the card at the relevant time. If you attempt to spend more than such balance the transaction will be declined.
• Funds held on the Bambu Club Card/GiftPay voucher are in AUD.
• The Bambu Club Card/GiftPay voucher owner will not earn any interest on any funds loaded onto the Card nor receive any benefit related to the length of time you hold the Card.
• We will not issue a statement in respect of your Bambu Club Card/GiftPay voucher.
• The Bambu Club Card/GiftPay voucher purchaser/owner must be over the age of 18.
• Bambu Club Cards/ GiftPay voucher must be activated prior to use.
• Bambu Club rewards points can be redeemed for GiftPay vouchers only not exchanged for cash.
