Kakadu Holidays

Celebrating 25 Years of tour excellence

Kakadu is the biggest national park in Australia and famed for its cultural and natural wonders but is filled with so much more! This World Heritage Listed site perfectly connects our Indigenous culture with Mother Nature’s beauty.

Covering 20,000 square kilometers, you will be enthralled by its cascading waterfalls, dense rainforests, wetlands, and wildlife who live within this complex ecosystem. Kakadu National Park is approximately a  2-hour drive from Darwin through changing panoramas, from pristine wetlands to a suite of landscapes varying from red-hued escarpments to floodplains teeming with wildlife.

Learn about the Indigenous culture from the local ancestors, at the veritable open-air museum known as the Burrungkuy (Nourangie) rock art site. The circular track covers 1.5 kilometres of history steeped within the rock formations over 20,000 years ago. Climb right up to Kunwarddewardde lookout to breathe in the sweeping vista’s as far as the eye can see.
