Broome Whale Watching

Celebrating 25 Years of tour excellence

An unforgettable experience awaits as you cruise through the waters of the Indian Ocean and witness up close and personal the magnificent Humpback Whales that seek warmth in the tropical waters of the Kimberley.

Broome is home to the world’s largest population of Humpback whales, with almost 20,000 whales migrating from their feeding grounds in the Antarctic to the warm haven of the Indian Ocean. It is within the waters of the Kimberley region that the majestic whales seek comfort in the warm waters whilst they mate and calve uninterrupted thanks to the sheltered islands and reefs that the Buccaneer and Bonaparte Archipelagos provide. In this haven they share the waters with other marine life such as dolphins, turtles, dugongs and manta rays.
